Straightforward prep, room for enhancement if desired
Copying and cutting the strips took a few minutes, and if you have tweens looking for a project, I would offer them the "opportunity" to stuff the envelopes for you.
If you want to do this activity and the Monster Mania activity, do this one first. Drawing the dogs can be fun, especially if you incorporate art materials beyond the normal pencils and crayons, but after the computer-generated silly monsters, it is a little less alluring to do their own art.
The instructions are well-organized and clear for both prep and the kids' actual activity.
